Bob managed a variety of facilities for more than 25 years, during which he maintained and operated pretty much every type of building system in use. He has also project managed rehab and renovation construction.
He has completed more the 850 capital needs assessments in 15 states.
Bob is a BPI Certified Professional (Building Analyst/Multi-Family), has a certification from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and is certified as a Facility Management Administrator (FMA).
